The role and responsibilities

Our Digital Team is transforming our existing capabilities into a modern, and high-performing digital function with agility, user-centricity and innovation embedded throughout. Our vision is to be a catalyst for pensions innovation and regulatory effectiveness.

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be part of the User Centred Design Team and play a crucial role in guiding teams to deliver value for users. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to set up performance measurement frameworks and test and iterate services. You'll work closely with user researchers to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce robust user insights.

The role criteria

  • Strong experience of performance analytics and working with others to develop performance frameworks
  • Experience of analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Power BI.
  • Experience coaching teams to apply a range of techniques to analyse data and provide insight.
  • Able to integrate digital analytics with qualitative data, such as user surveys and user research, to develop hypotheses for testing.
  • Experience of using data to build an evidence-based understanding of user needs and behaviours.
  • Able to clearly communicate findings and the limitations of data.
  • Knowledge of data protection and handling data securely and ethically.

The team

Our Digital, Data and Technology department is driving transformation at TPR to deliver positive outcome for savers across the UK. We're building a series of value stream-aligned Service Teams and supporting Platform Teams to deliver external and internal services. These Teams will work in a User Centred, Agile way to deliver better services, that are put into the hands of our users as soon as possible, while securing the sensitive data and maintaining stable services; this will be done by long-lived, happy teams.
