**Warehouse Administrator**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager your role will be to provide full administrative support to the Warehouse Functions.

Key tasks include:

- To answer the phones and redirect calls
- Completing GRN process on D365 and filling the paperwork accordingly
- Post-delivery notes on D365
- Confirmation of delivery notes
- Arrange couriers via the courier’s portal
- Work with various Microsoft packages
- Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, D365.
- Support all warehouse functions such as goods in, goods out and stock control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
