We are currently recruiting for a fabulous client based in Chalfont St Peter who are seeking a talented Administrator to join their team.

This is for an exciting opportunity to join a world leading organisation in supporting the department with a variety of administration and project management duties.

**Key duties will include**:

- Generation of reporting documentation within their Workflow Management System(s)
- Cross-reference invoices/documents against requirements to ensure client satisfaction
- Quality control of documents before their final release to clients
- Maintenance and updating of records within their Workflow Management System(s)
- Recording/reporting of overdue reminders & lapses.
- To work directly with the Operations teams in meeting any specific client requests.

**Ideally you will;**
- Have strong oral/written communication skills.
- Have excellent time management & a meticulous attention to detail.
- Understand when there is a requirement of urgency to escalate as required.
- Previous hands-on administration/administrator experience would be an advantage, however is not a requirement (graduates welcome).
