*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment.
*Duties* - Manage and coordinate daily activities of the reception department to ensure operational efficiency - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, deal with guest request, check in and check out, make new bookings - Utilise computerised systems for administrative tasks - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Conduct clerical duties to support office operations - Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various tasks - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
*Qualifications* - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail - Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is advantageous - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
