**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately using the hotel management system.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with their requests during their stay, including room changes or special needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates and other relevant metrics as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations and check-ins.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- A friendly disposition with a professional appearance is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
