We are looking for a **Senior Learning and Organisation Development Advisor (Learning & Management)** to develop and deliver an organisation wide programme of development that builds our leadership and management capability.

**What you will be doing**

In this exciting Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor role, you will part of a high performing team who are responsible for BRC leadership and management development across the British Red Cross. The team and this role are key to ensuring the organisation can meet its strategic aims, by ensuring we design and deliver excellent learning interventions to develop our leaders and managers. You will be an excellent facilitator and coach and use these skills within your delivery for maximum impact. Your flair for creative design will make sure your learning solutions really hit the mark across a broad range of delivery mediums, including digital platforms.

**What are we looking for?**

You will be a great team player with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of learning and organisational development theory, someone with strong consultancy skills and a proven ability to engage and build commitment to evidence driven solutions. You will be comfortable working with various forms of data and insight which you will use to generate evidence based development options that help us to achieve our goals.

You will be an excellent coach and facilitator and have experience of design and delivery of coaching, mentoring, management, leadership and talent development programmes in a large, complex organisation and in virtual as well as face to face environments.

Your project and event management knowledge abilities will mean you are comfortable to work on multiple projects simultaneously, using your ability to analyse, interpret and generate insight from a range of data sources. A key element of this process will also involve the preparation and presentation of reports and information.

You will be a great communicator and build relationships quickly with key stakeholders, including senior leadership groups, to identify the organisational requirements and make appropriate recommendations**.**
