**About the company**:
**The Duties of the Management Account Position**:

- Assisting the Finance Manager in the day-to-day site activities to include:
o
- Review of financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
o
- Budgeting and forecasting.
o
- Balance Sheet accounting.
o
- Statutory and external reporting.
o
- Month End activities - Ownership of some delegated tasks.
**Working Relationships & Interfaces**:

- The Management Accountant will need to work closely with a range of internal groups in both the local and wider Arvato organisations and will need to be able to demonstrate strong people skills.

**Required Experience for the Management Accountant position**:

- Part-Qualified / QBE.
- Experienced user of ERP systems (preferably SAP) with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Technical Competencies**:

- Relevant experience in a similar finance role.
- Highly numerate and analytical in approach.
- Efficient and able to work on own initiative as an independent worker and with mínimal direction.
- Project-oriented and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills.

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- Managing processes and systems.
- Self-starter and the ability to show initiative.
- Problem solving.
- Effective team worker and key contributor to projects.
