**Job Role**: Multi-Site Support Worker Community
**Service**: 6 x Supported living properties in Warrington with 1 - 6 people living at each property
**Hours per week**: 12 - 39 hours available + available at £45 per sleep
**Salary**: £11.80 per hour
**Location**: Warrington Multi-Site
**Role Information**:
- Guaranteed contracted hours
- Full time / part time hours available
- Every other weekend off
- You will always receive your rota one month in advance
- Holiday pay included
- You will only work at one site per shift
- Based in Warrington only, we will however have overtime in our services outside of Warrington should you wish to pick up shifts there too
**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ Years experience in care Is required
- You must be able to get to multiple sites across Warrington

**A Day in the Life of a Multi-Site Support Worker**
As a Multi-Site Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth. As a Support Worker, you'll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.

**Supported Living Service Information**
We have warm and welcoming supported living homes, thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of the people we support. We provide a truly personal experience of support and adult life, living in the company of small, close-knit groups. The individuals we support have varied capabilities; learning and physical disabilities, including those classified as having PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities) some require personal care.
