Advanced Support Worker (Waking Nights Only) Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to progress in your career and gain qualifications? This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand new service in Culcheth, Warrington. We are currently looking for Experienced Day and Waking Nights staff. In this role, you will support 2 people with learning disabilities, autism, complex health & behavioural needs, while promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. Responsibilities As an Advanced Support Worker, you will need to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, work as part of a team and be passionate about caring and supporting others. During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home to understand the level of support they require. You will also act as a mentor, sharing your skills and experiences with colleagues.
