**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- You will be proactively supporting project directors, management, and the team in large-scale wind offshore projects in an English-German joint venture.
- You will work effectively in supporting a multi discipline team of individuals in a multi-culture and multi-company environment, and successfully achieve a close cooperation with other project participants and stakeholders in the EnBW Group.
- You are adept at preparing (and in some instances delivering) presentations, ensuring that the information is presented in a concise, timely manner and to the highest standard.
- You will effectively coordinate, plan, monitor, organise and follow-up appointments and meetings, including the management of related documentation/minutes.
- You will be instrumental in providing timely support for project manuals and other project-specific documents as well as taking a proactive role in internal project communication.
- You will be responsible for the organisation of various team events and ensure its successful delivery.
- You will create and maintain highly visual organisational and project related charts.
- You will help the team with the onboarding of new employees to achieve a positive experience for new joiners.
- In addition, you will look after the delivery of travel management of the highest standard (including effective coordination, communication, hotel recommendations/bookings, authorisations, processes, instructions etc.).

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable academic degree.
- You are adept at effectively and expressly communicating with multiple stakeholders of all levels and demonstrate a hands-on approach.
- You have a practical experience in an international professional environment and large-scale projects as well as being sensitive to intercultural aspects.
- You demonstrate a structured and independent way of working and enjoy working in/with interdisciplinary project teams.
- Keen interest in large-scale wind offshore projects and willingness to learn (existing knowledge and/or experience is an advantage).
- You are a very confident user of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, O365, Visio) and SharePoint.
- You have a very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1).
- You truly enjoy taking on a wide range of project tasks and creativity that comes with it.
- Your ability and willingness to travel are crucial requirements for being a member of the team that operates across different locations including London, Edinburgh, and Hamburg.
