You use your knowledge of the technology and the infrastructure to offer technology solutions and support the implementation of the strategy and the solution.

**How you will contribute**

You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging.

**What you need to know about this position**:
You will be responsible for the following areas:
1. cyber-security implementation in the UK&I plant cluster

2. closely work with plant leadership team and engineering teams

3. provide daily business support

4. site infrastructure service management and ITS operations within CCN

5. SLA adherence

6. management of 3rd party providers, delivering support services to UK&I plants

7. act as escalation point for CCN infrastructure, ITS systems and cyber security

**Education / Certifications**:
Minimal education level: University degree

**Job specific requirements**:1. Proven knowledge of IT Infra - Networks, Hosting - IDC hosting, Directory Services, End user devices etc.

2. Strong understanding of the Operations and Technology (OT) environment. Worked in manufacturing environment.

3. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment and able to engage vendor for solving the problem or driving the project.

5. Required experience in IT infrastructure and services: 5+ years

**Travel requirements**:
20-40 % of the time to travel between other manufacturing units in UK&I cluster

**Work schedule**:
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
