**Rate**: £280 per day - Inside IR35
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an office based Project Coordinator on behalf of a well established organisation on a contract basis.
The main purpose of this role, you will be for the successful delivery of enhancements to critical BI/MI (reporting, data, documentation & governance) related to contractual delivery of mobile infrastructure via our strategic partners.
It would be beneficial if you have worked in Teleco previously and you must be able to demonstrate some form of project management skills. It’s also important you are able to manage 3rd party stakeholders, be highly organised and process good excel and analytical skills.
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare/support creation of contract governance documents, in conjunction with Functional Leads and ensure approval from Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams as required.
Liaise with third-party stakeholders to deliver optimised end to end contract governance inc. forum scheduling, content creation, meeting outputs (minutes/actions) to ensure delivery against contract obligations.
Support creation and implementation of internal data repository to serve internal stakeholder groups, improve access to critical data, enhance the companies ability to measure and monitor against agreed (contracted) performance metrics.
Manage the information flows between the various stakeholder groups (internal and external) - support identification and implement of improvement opportunities (optimisation of critical data flows, enhance communication channels).
Support the review and approval of contract documents (working with Legal, Finance and Functional leads) between company and third parties to enable delivery of network investment & growth.
Monitor and report on the progress of agreed deliverables (i.e. governance actions) engaging with functional leads as required.
**Required experience**:
Partner Management experience, with a proven ability to work with external/third parties in support of delivery to internal customers and stakeholders.
Effective communications skills, projecting competence and credibility.
Experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and comfortable with changes.
Stakeholder management skills, cross functional and up to Senior level.
Driven and focussed, insists on high level of performance, and does not become resigned to the inevitability of delays.
Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms.
Proven track record of delivery and achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team.
Strong reporting and analytics experience, and comfortable working with numbers and financial/commercial information.
Structured and methodical, with high attention to detail.
