As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Digital Project and Programme Managers in ensuring that all project management artefacts are maintained and updated to the frequency and level of quality expected. These artefacts include project plans, status reports and risk/issue/dependency logs.

You may need to support the wider Digital Product Management leadership team with one of more of the following: resource forecasting and time management, financial reporting, employee joiner and leaver processes, supplier procurement processes and project quality assurance reviews.

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordination (meeting arrangement and minute taking) of cross team governance meetings, such as programme Steering Boards or Architectural decision making.

**What you’ll be doing as a Project Coordinator**:

- Ensure all project plans, status reports and RAID logs are updated on time and to the expected quality, and to escalate any variance to this.
- Ensure all document repositories for all project deliverables are maintained correctly and escalate any variance to this.
- Support the Senior Programme Manager in the maintenance of an overarching roadmap that spans up to 10 years of planned project and product delivery activities.
- Ensure outcomes and benefits against the overarching roadmap are maintained and any deviation is managed via a formal change process.
- Support the Senior Programme Manager in the creation of monthly performance reports that encompass all projects and programmes, with a specific focus on milestones, financial reports, risks/issues and resource planning.

Base Location: Clearwater Court, Reading - Hybrid

Working Pattern or hours - Full Time (36 hours per week)

**You will also bring with you**:

- Experience within a Digital / IT project management environment****:

- Experience within a Project Management Office or equivalent administrative role
- Experience of Agile and/or Product Management delivery methodologies
