Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management: Oversee and optimize our Amazon seller accounts to maximize sales and profitability.

Product Listings: Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure they are SEO-friendly and compelling to customers.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels on Amazon to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Amazon Advertising: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback on Amazon to make informed decisions and strategies.

Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service through Amazon’s platform, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or similar role.

In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its functionalities.

Proficiency in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO for product listings.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

TikTok Shop experience is an advantage: Familiarity with managing TikTok Shop is a plus.
