An Aftersales Manager role selling technical products and services to the companies existing client base for a manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the pharmaceutical market. Home based and working from home 80% + of the time with occasional visitsto clients in the UK, the UK office and Head Office in Europe.

**BASIC SALARY**: up to £50,000

**BENEFITS**:

- Annual Bonus of circa £4,000
- Fully expensed Company Car
- 5% Pension

**LOCATION**: Home based and covering the UK but 80% + working from home. The role will involve occasional trips to Clients, the UK office and Head Office in Europe.

**COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS**: Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Milton Keynes, Slough, Peterborough, Nottingham

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Aftersales Manager, Service Manager - packaging machinery, pharmaceutical

As our Aftersales Manager, you will be selling the companies aftersales products and services specifically tooling, upgrades, modifications, spare parts, repairs and rebuilds to their existing client base alongside service & training packages.

You will also be involved with project planning & co-ordination, preparation of quotations & management of both their SAP & CRM software systems.

Lastly you will deal with client technical enquiries.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Aftersales Manager, Service Manager - packaging machinery, pharmaceutical
- You will ideally have a proven track record in selling technical aftersales products and services to an existing client base.
- The company will also consider an experienced Service Manager or Service Engineer who has been involved in aftersales.
- Specific experience of working with packaging or process machinery supplied to the pharmaceutical market would be advantageous.
- You WILL be a qualified engineer.
