If you're a commercially minded Aftersales leader with a passion for developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact across our stores. You'll work closely with Service, Parts and Bodyshop teams to strengthen processes, uplift profitability, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone forward-thinking, people-focused and committed to operational excellence.

In this role:


• Guide and support Service, Parts and Bodyshop operations, enhancing aftersales processes and team capability.


• Set clear, measurable objectives to drive profitability, performance and customer experience.


• Improve divisional Aftersales CSI using insights, root-cause analysis and targeted action planning.


• Coach teams to build accountability, engagement and consistent delivery of best practice.


• Ensure all processes meet Group, Manufacturer and Regulatory standards, supporting audits and compliance.


• Partner with the Divisional Head of Aftersales to deliver cost-effective services and operational improvements.


• Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and solutions.


• Support store teams and General Managers with aftersales challenges, escalations and major customer issues.


• Lead timely and accurate completion of operational reporting and administration.


• Support recruitment to maintain strong team structures across the division.


• Attend brand reviews, MPRs and key operational meetings as required.
