Our client, a boutique hotel set in the heart of Cambridge’s historic city centre, is looking for their new Director of Sales and Events to step up and take ownership of the functions, and push their business growth to new levels
As an integral part of the business, you’ll take the lead of the Sales and Events department, as you use your expertise to make sure that sales strategies are maximising revenue and growth opportunities. Working alongside the Regional Director of sales, you’lldevelop processes to recruit, train, and develop a team of expert sales & events staff.
This brand new role would suit someone with senior sales management experience from the hotels sector, with a proven track record in targeting new business opportunities, and strong skills in networking and events.
