Location: East London

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in East London. If you have a passion for cleanliness and strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning team activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Train and mentor new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks based on operational needs.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement health and safety standards and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with management to improve cleaning processes.
- Assist with hands-on cleaning duties as needed.

- Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
