This Change Project Manager will be accountable for managing the Implementation project reporting into the Programme Manager. They will be responsible for managing the different workstreams and teams within the Implementation project, including Training Design& Delivery, Communications, Support & Service Transition and Business Change (including a standing team of Business Champions), working closely with the Development Project team to manage both internal and external programme dependencies.

**Dimensions**
This Business Change Project Manager will carry out essential tasks to ensure the programme can meets its key deliverables such as:

- Organising and attending meetings and workshops across a number of business teams, including regular stakeholder reporting
- Ensuring relevant information, decisions and actions are captured accurately and escalated to the appropriate stakeholders
- Works with other internal functions such as Internal Comms, Procurement, Finance and Change Management in support of programme activities
- Supports the Programme/Development Manager with governance processes, including the creation of programme artefacts including investment requests, reporting and presenting to the Programme Board
- Managing the forecasts and actuals for Implementation project costs & resources, in the wider context of the programme finances
- Works with the Product Owner and Model Office Lead to coordinate user testing activities, including business process and formal User Acceptance testing
- Ensuring all project documentation is created and maintained in line with wider Portfolio governance and standards

**Key Competencies (Job specific)**
- Proven experience of managing complex Projects and Programmes to time cost and quality criteria
- Excellent track record of delivering business change and implementation activities in complex delivery environments and ability to demonstrate credibility with colleagues and senior stakeholders
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, with specific focus on change management interventions required to successfully embed the change

**Essential skills**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Administration of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites
- Recognisable certification in change management is desirable, such as: Prosci Practitioner Change Management, Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation), APMG - Change Management.
