2 Positions: Project Manager & Senior Project Manager – Business Change12-month FTC (likely to extend)£68,000 and £80,000 | Hybrid (3 days on-site – Berkshire or West Midlands)Immediate start requiredA highly regarded UK organisation within end-of-life services is recruiting for two business change roles: a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager, supporting transformation across a multi-site, customer-facing environment.Essential: multi-site experience within retail or hospitality environments.Senior Project Manager – Business ChangeA senior role leading multiple complex business change initiatives, working closely with Executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesLead cross-functional business change and simplification initiativesShape initiatives from concept through delivery and benefit realisationDrive operational, people, and process change (not pure IT delivery)Provide strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagementOperate effectively across a multi-site, regulated environmentRequirements7+ years’ experience across project, programme and portfolio managementProven delivery of complex business changeMulti-site retail or hospitality experience (essential)Experience with PMO and governance as well as deliveryFormal PM qualification (Prince2, APM or equivalent)Project Manager – Business ChangeA delivery-focused role leading the implementation and embedding of a single operational framework across multiple sites.Key responsibilitiesDeliver and embed agreed operational standardsTranslate frameworks into practical processes, training, and engagementWork closely with operational and support teamsFacilitate workshops and stakeholder sessionsManage risks, issues, and delivery reportingRequirementsStrong experience delivering business change as a Project ManagerMulti-site retail or hospitality experience (essential)Experience embedding process, training, and behavioural changeComfortable operating in regulated, customer-facing environmentsFormal PM qualification (Prince2, APM or equivalent)If either of these sounds like you, please apply now
