The Systemic Practitioner will be part of a fully integrated team of specialist clinicians who will play a crucial role in embedding systemic thinking / CFT in the Division’s organisational culture.

The Systemic Practitioner will receive individual clinical supervision as well as group supervision from a qualified systemic / compassion focussed therapy supervisor.

**Job purpose**:

- Provide highly specialist assessments and deliver targeted evidence-based systemic / CFT interventions to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families with multiple and complex needs including emotional, social and behavioural difficulties and mental health needs.
- Providing consultation and specialist advice / clinical expertise to colleagues, parents / carers and other professionals, working autonomously within professional practice guidelines and under the guidance of a clinical supervisor.
- The provision of advice and consultancy to colleagues to help them incorporate informed systemic practice / CFT within their day-to-day work with children, young people and their families.
- Teaching and training on appropriate topics as required.
