Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a growing organisation based in the East End of Glasgow, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a dynamic team and progress their career.

The main duties:

- To ensure all goods received are matched to purchases invoices (and supplier delivery notes and our purchase orders)
- To raise debit notes where supplier invoices are overstated and ensure Stock records are updated for errors in Goods received
- To ensure completeness of information and proper paper trail
- Posting all invoices and debit notes in a timely manner to ensure settlement discounts are obtained
- To cover in running daily cash payments to meet supplier terms and ensure all cash is posted to the ledger
- To assist in reconciliation of supplier accounts /payments to statements and other duties as cover for Purchase Ledger

Skills required:

- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
