We are looking for a shining star to join the concierge team at The Merchant Hotel, Belfast.

As the hotel’s first point of contact with guests, our concierge team need to have a genuine passion for people and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. You will also need to be confident in driving a range of high-end automatic and manual.

**The role will involve**:

- Being the face of The Merchant Hotel to the public
- Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles; return customer vehicles upon request in a timely manner.
- High presence on hotel front doors greeting guests
- Escorting guests to their room along with room inductions
- Suggesting and assisting with activities or bookings pre and during their stay.
- Making restaurant reservations
- Upselling the services within The Merchant Hotel
- Luggage duties for guests and groups

This role will involve a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Have a full UK driving licence
The rate of pay for this position is £11.00 per hour, rising to £11.25 when fully trained including paid breaks and Porterage Fee.
Full time: Full flexibility
Part time: Weekend shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR
Part time: Evening Shifts 7pm to 11pm
