**About the role**:
At Fexco Property Services we have an exciting new role to head up a new build to rent product offering. This is a strong opportunity to shape a new product and team from the outset for a national agent. Fexco Property Services is unlike other national agents: our culture is strong, we are growing, our employees rate us and we have many varied activities going on across multiple brands.

As a national agent, we have had multiple enquiries to offer a B2R product to our clients. We also work with other partners in the agency space who would like us to deliver a combined offering with them. Given the growth experienced in this segment, we are looking for a resourceful and dynamic self-starter to lead the charge on what would be a new product for the group, working alongside the senior management team.

You will have at least 3 years hands on leadership experience in the B2R space, from mobilisation to full management. We are also looking for someone with a keen understanding of the customer journey and how a digital approach works effectively. You will have excellent client facing skills, and you will have experience in recruiting and leading site based and property management teams. You will also be expected to have sound knowledge of the legislative, contractual, and commercial issues in B2R.

We are looking for applicants within commuting distance of central London. Fexco Property Services operate a hybrid working model, and this role will require at least one days attendance at an office, as well as site attendance as required.
