Key Responsibilities
- Planning and organising your own workload
- Visiting residential and commercial properties to negotiate and collect the full outstanding debt
- Establishing financial circumstances and capturing key employment/income details
- Where the debt cannot be paid, organising and supervising the removal of goods
Essential Skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours

Desirable Previous Experience
- Experience in the debt collection / enforcement industry
- Experience of working in a target driven role
- Law enforcement experience
- Military experience
- Field based / lone working experience
Jacobs provide an extensive training programme and new recruits will gain a recognised industry qualification therefore previous experience is desirable but not essential.
All new recruits are assigned a dedicated mentor in the field who will offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the initial training period and thereafter.
Salary & Benefits
- £20,820.80 basic salary (£11.44p/h) with potential to earn £50,000 OTE
- 35 hours per week, flexible working hours
- Monthly unlimited performance-related bonuses
- Average bonus payments paid whilst on Holiday (up to 20 days pa)
