**Certified Enforcement Agent**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various addresses within your local area to execute Court orders
- Obtain payments on behalf of our local authority clients
- Request payment in full (PIF) to clear unpaid debts
- Set up and agree on affordable repayment arrangements when full payment is not possible
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a firm and professional demeanour
- Manage potentially challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Liaise with local authorities and other relevant stakeholders as required
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enforcement team

Qualifications Required:

- Level-2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification
- Full UK driving licence (minimum of two years

We have opportunities in Brighton, Buckinghamshire, London, Preston and North Devon.

Basic Salary of £28'500 with OTE of £100'000+
