**Business Operations Director | Remote Working| Full Time (40 hrs)| £90,000**

**What will your role as Business Operations Director look like?**

As part of the Leadership Team, you will have full accountability for the day-to-day business operations, including the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies.

You will work closely with the COO, CTO and Leadership Team, pulling each area together ensuring all operational functions run smoothly and have the right resources, with the right skills, helping the company to continually meet and exceed their client’sexpectations.

A key part of this role is overseeing the business administration of finance function, liaising with the FD and accounting consultants to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the Purchase and Sales Ledger processes and statutory reporting.

Our client are proud to have obtained their ISO27001 and in close collaboration with our InfoSec Manager, you will ensure compliance of the certification at all times.
- 5 years operational experience, ideally gained in the technology sector or within an SME
- A strong, broad knowledge of the technology sector, ideally from a commercial product management perspective
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track-record of successfully briefing team members at all levels of an organisation
- Good awareness of the retail banking and FinTech sector and evolving regulatory landscape.
- An understanding of Identity and Access Management and Information Security concepts including Open API data-sharing principles such as open banking
