A Global Insurer requires a UK and London Market Business Operations Director with company and syndicate experience to lead underwriting and business operations across the UK and Europe . You will be accountable for both strategy and delivery of all aspects of the operational areas, addressing high levels of complex business issues and forging strong relationships across the organisation. Under this individuals remit will be all aspects of Underwriting Support, Operational Excellence, Facilities and Talent Development. You will be tasked with working with Senior stakeholders across the business and with external partners to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful individual will have a wealth of Business and Underwriting Operations experience, excellent relationship management skills and a background of leading sizable teams in various locations.
