Company client have partnered with a leading insurance business that are currently looking for a Head of group tech engineering. This is on a permanent basis.
The head of group tech engineering, reporting into the CIO, will be responsible for the development of Group Tech Engineering disciplines. This person will be essential to enabling the CIO to lead the group wide modernisation of technology.
I'm looking for someone with;
- Demonstratable experience operating in a fast-paced and constantly evolving organisation
- Leadership experience
- Experience working with contemporary Insurance technologies and leading and building cloud native development capabilities
- Experience building engineering capabilities with a DevSecOps mindset
- Insurance platform experience is essential with upgrade and modernisation experience preferred
- Demonstratable experience leading and maintaining software/products engineering to a high standard
- Demonstrable experience in creating, interpreting, and analysing general technical procedures, analytics reports, and procedure manuals
