We would like to add an Office Based Contracts Co-Ordinator for European projects of the company. This role will be primarily based in our Cookstown, Tyrone office.
- Liaise with onsite supervisors to organise material & equipment supplies to sites.
- Deal with suppliers & client logistics teams to organize deliveries.
- Responsible for producing company certifications, O&M manuals & other documents required by clients.
- Ability to provide cost effective solutions to end users/clients.
- Ability to do drawing take offs to enable tendering.
- Review daily timesheets and compile variations from scope of works.
- You will be commercially focused and excellent communication and organisational skills are required for the role.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Electrical experience is preferred) Engineering Graduates will be considered.
