Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking to join an award-winning and growing IT business based in Exeter? **IT Support Technician Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to work in the Exeter office 2 days per week.
- Must have at least 2-years experience supporting on-premise and 365 environments.
- Must have demonstratable experience of setting up and managing Group Policies.
- Must be confident with administering Active Directory.
- Must have demonstratable experience of using Windows Server environments.
- Must have demonstratable experience of supporting Windows 10.
- Must have a proven track record of learning quickly.

**IT Support TechnicianRequirements**:

- Experienced working with clients face-to-face and remotely, able to work overtime if/ when required
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting Backups. (Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam, Datto)
- Familiarity of DNS and basic troubleshooting tools (NSLookup)
- An understanding of networking and basic trouble shooting tools (Ping, Tracert)
- Microsoft Certifications, however, if you can evidence the ability and motivation to learn and deliver excellent IT support. By the end of the probationary period, a possibility to attain certifications in line with their personalised training plan.
