An international Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a driven Associate Director, with a Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent background, for their growing Cambridge office.

**The Associate Director Role**

The Partners are seeking an Associate Director who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent role on an array of projects within the Education, Student Residential, Life Sciences, and Industrial sectors.

The new Associate Director will also manage a small team and will work closely with clients as well as getting involved in business development to help grow the region.

**The Associate Director**

The successful Associate Director will have:

- Quantity Surveying or Employer's Agent background
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- MRICS ideally
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Experience working with a consultancy / cost management practice

**In Return?**
- £60,000 - £75,000 (on experience)
- Working 37.5 hours weekly
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
