Our Enterprise (Direct) business has experienced a period of phenomenal growth and to continue this we are embarking on a programme of rapid transformation to cost effectively scale our business operations and deliver a differentiated CX

We are looking for a bright, vibrant and dynamic ‘Delivery Lead’ with an agile mindset and real passion for CX to support/deliver a number of workstreams underpinning our transformation resulting in successful & seamless change.

**What you’ll be involved in**:

- Lead the successful delivery of strategic and transformational change projects across the Enterprise Markets Business Unit.
- Facilitating strong collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate the resolution of blockers, conflicts, dependencies and address any impediments that may hinder delivery progress or team performance.
- Drive the adoption of agile principles, frameworks, and tools within the team, evangelising the benefits and guiding teams in their implementation.
- Delivering large scale strategic & transformation project(s) across the Gamma Enterprise Markets Business Unit
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting self-organisation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Effectively leading and managing Agile delivery iterations, supporting a fast, paced, dynamic business environment.
- Overseeing the delivery of change, including understanding the implication of changes made during the development life cycle and ensuring the resolution of blockers.
- Responsible for iterative delivery, deployment and quality performance of solutions from inception through to live operation.
- Tracking metrics aligned to the successful achievement of defined strategic objectives.

**What skills do you need to make an impact in this role**:

- Experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role, successfully leading and delivering using agile methodologies.
- Prior Delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects consisting of technology and organisational change
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodology, principles, and approaches
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce technologies and eco-systems
- Facilitate the resolution of blockers, conflicts, dependencies and address any impediments that may hinder delivery progress or team performance.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between the team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

This role can be based near one of our offices, preferably London or Manchester.
