MMP Consultancy are seeking a Director of Property Services for a Housing Association based in North London. Circa. £500 per day inside IR35.
Title: Director of Property Services
Location: North London
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Client: Small housing association
Contract: 6-9 Months (potential view to permanent)
Essential experience around change management, service improvement and contract management will also be required, as well as management of a wide array of services and staff management.
Key Duties:

- Assist with the development of an asset Management Strategy - To be undertaken by external consultants.
- Assist with the creation of a Fire Safety Policy - working with Health and Safety Consultants and internal senior management.
- Have an understanding and be able to manage the 'Big 6' compliance areas.
- Undertake a corporate / commercial culture change and have the skillset to manage that.
- Contract Management and Performance Review for Repairs and Maintenance Service externally contracted
- Manage internal staff structure including a small estates / repairs team.
- Include a communication strategy to liaise any changes to tenants
- Create a service improvement plan and identify opportunities for the development of efficiency, cost and quality of service.
