- Job Title: Customer Service Executive
- Job Type: Temporary (6 months) with a view to go permanent
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Job Location: Oldbury
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

As a Customer Service Executive you’ll be responsible for providing customer facing business to business (B2B) service, sales administration and support.

Key Accountabilities;
- Working with sales teams to ensure customer retention objectives and targets are met
- Working on renewals, creating quotes, and following up customer enquiries
- Using SGS CRM systems, updating records and ensuring CRM data quality
- Supporting new customer on-boarding
- Complaint handling
- Sales administration and sales processing

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge of using CRM systems on a day-to-day basis, updating and uploading relevant information and tracking workflows and competent in use of MS packages particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft BI

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,222.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Oldbury, B69 4LN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
