As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car. Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service.On top of salary, you will have an achievable OTE of £45,000, and you will also receive a company car and benefits including subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.About YouYou will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be beneficial. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
