**This is the job**

As Senior FP&A Analyst you will lead the group wide cost control. This will include management of the Group wide cost saving programme and driving delivery of cost savings, regular analysis and reporting of performance against targets and the managementof FTE cost analysis across the group.

Within this role, you will have to opportunity to model, analyse, interpret data and provide valuable insights to control costs and enhance EBITDA performance.

**What will I be doing?**
- Lead the Group wide cost savings programme, assisting in identifying and tracking cost initiatives and the ongoing analysis of performance against targets on a regular basis
- Help drive delivery of cost savings by partnering across the organisation to monitor, scrutinize and develop a detailed understanding of business costs
- Build and lead a group wide process to monitor and control FTE and the related cost, including preparation and presentation of reports to the CEO, CFO and Chief People Officer
- Leading the assessment and management of inflationary pressures on the Group
- Identifying and actioning improvement within the FP&A team to create more agile, accurate and insightful processes and reporting

**What do I need?**

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

- Experience working in a FP&A environment in a similar company in terms of both size and complexity
- A strong technical accountant with good knowledge of statutory accounting, processes and controls
- Experience distilling complex technical topics to Exec or Board level
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good communicator

Education and Qualifications:

- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant

Personal Characteristics:

- Successful balance of financial skills & commercial acumen
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases with financial data
- Resilient, works well under pressure and in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
