What will your role as a Care coordinator look like?
- Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner
- Producing care workers’ rota and managing the roster
- Monitoring the care workers’ attendance and timeliness for visits
- Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor
- Conducting telephone monitoring and ensuring service quality
- Speaking with services users and families over the phone
- Liaise with the Registered Manager to ensure the right number of Care Assistants, with the right skills mixes, are recruited to meet the needs of the business. Arrange cover for Care Assistant sickness, absenteeism or holidays.
- Work with other members of the team to appropriately match Care Assistants to customers taking account of Care Assistant skills, experience and availability to safely deliver the care and support plan; the customer’s preferences and care needs; and travel arrangements, routes and working patterns to make efficient use of Care Assistant time whilst meeting the needs of customers.
**Salary**: £12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- care co-ordinator: 1 year (preferred)
