**DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP**:
**The degree apprenticeship with Sheffield Hallam University is a 3-year course in which you will study part time alongside your full-time role. You will cover many modules such as Financial Management, Marketing, leadership & change management, business project management and Big Data Analytics. The degree includes a final stage project in conjunction with Capgemini’s business.
**YOUR ROLE**:
**On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles. As your career progresses, there will be opportunity to rotate across these roles to support with your development of a broad set of skills and exposure to different parts of the business.
**Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst - Working alongside one or more Project Manager(s), delivering the monitoring, control, and management of project finances, resource capacity planning and utilization, on and offboarding, risks and issues, change management, and project planning.

**This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from your base location up to two to three days per week. Additional travel to client sites may be required, depending on project needs.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**To be eligible, you need:
- **7 GCSEs including Maths and English grades 4-9
**Plus, one of the following:
- **3 A*-C at A-level (NOTE: AS Levels are not included)**
- **Completed Advanced Apprenticeship**
- **BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum)
**YOUR SECURITY CLEARANCE**:
**To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain **Security Check (SC) clearance **.
**To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
**Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
