We are searching for a motivated, engaging and enthusiastic recruitment administrator, to join our a small and highly experienced recruitment team to deliver recruitment services and solutions to a wide variety of organisations.
**Core responsibilities**
- Work very closely with the Managing Consultant to build up and manage a talent pool
- Develop knowledge of the service desk industry, including standards of best practice
- Supporting social media activities
- Writing and posting creative job adverts
- Contribute to the knowledge base of recruitment topics, trends and markets
**Required skills/attributes**
- Flexible and adaptable
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly customer-focused
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Good MS Office skills
**Desirable skills/attributes**
- Knowledge of the service desk/customer services industry
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
