**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. We carry out anything from void refurbishments, new kitchens & bathrooms to new roofs.

**Duties**:

- Perform joinery tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to construct frameworks and structures.
- Execute painting and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Fabricate components as required, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks, including roofing and masonry work.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and plumbers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in building or construction roles is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Familiarity with joinery, roofing, masonry, and assembly techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
