**Are you looking to make a real, meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities?**

We are recruiting for full-time Classroom Assistants to join a SEND school in the lovely area of Branksome in Poole. We are looking for eager and driven individuals who are patient, reliable, friendly and are willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure children aged 3-19 reach their full potential.

This role requires excellent timekeeping and organisational skills, as well as a nurturing, creative and imaginative approach to help care for pupils.

The successful applicants will be expected to work at the school **08:45-15:45, Monday-Friday,** assisting teachers and leadership teams in creating an inspiring and stimulating learning environment for students with learning disabilities.

**This is a permanent role (term time only) with a pro-rata salary of £17,413.50.**

We are looking for individuals with a background in care, holiday camps, youth work, psychology or any other roles that involve children or vulnerable adults.

You must be comfortable working in a constantly changing and evolving environment, as no two days will be the same.
