**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Post-Construction Cleaners (Sub-Contractors)** to join our team in London. This role involves performing thorough cleaning services after construction projects, ensuring properties are spotless, safe, and ready for occupancy.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing.
- Remove debris, construction dust, adhesives, and other materials.
- Follow all health, safety, and site regulations.
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met within deadlines.
- Maintain professional conduct and communication on job sites.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in post-construction or commercial cleaning.
- Must be a **registered sub-contractor** with valid **insurance coverage**.
- Must have a **valid UK driving licence** and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and regulations.
- Must provide **professional references** upon request.
- Own cleaning equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Compensation**
- **£20 - £27 per hour (per cleaner)** depending on experience.
