SDL are currently seeking a Mobile Cleaner to join our team, specialising in End of Tenancy, End of Build, and Communal Block Cleaning. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic cleaning service in the vibrant city of London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End of Tenancy Cleaning**:

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize residential properties at the end of lease agreements.
- Ensure all areas, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, meet high cleanliness standards.
- Pay attention to details, addressing any specific cleaning requirements outlined by clients.
- **End of Build Cleaning**:

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in newly constructed or renovated properties.
- Remove construction debris, dust, and any other post-construction residues.
- Polish and ensure all surfaces are free from marks or stains.
- **Communal Block Cleaning**:

- Clean and maintain shared areas within residential buildings, including lobbies, hallways, and common rooms.
- Regularly empty trash bins and replace liners in communal spaces.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in end of tenancy, end of build, or communal block cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
