Collections Advisor

We are recruiting for experienced B2B Collections Advisor to join a market leading financial organisation in the heart of Altrincham. Due to business grow they are expanding their sales team with driven and experienced B2B sales staff to create and generatenew business opportunities. You will receive a basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with excellent career progression.

The business is known globally for their forward-thinking approach to business lending and finance solutions and want money motivated sales executives to join their expanding team.

**The Package for the Collections Advisor**:

- £25-000 - £28,000 basic
- Office hours Monday - Friday
- 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays

**Duties for the Collections Advisor**:

- Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
- Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
- Setting up repayment arrangements
- General administration duties
- Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
- Adhere to KPI's set by the business
- To meet individual and contribute to team targets
- To complete any reasonable ad-hoc requests

**Skills for the Collections Advisor**:

- We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in an FCA regulated collections role as a Collections Advisor, Collections Agent, Debt Recovery Advisor or Similar
- Sales experience within Financial Services/Insurance
- Minimum of 1 years B2B sales experience

**The Package for the Collections Advisor**:

- £23,000 basic OTE - £45,000 - £50,000 (top earners doing 4k a month in bonus a month)
- Office hours Monday - Friday
- Genuine career progression
- Located in the heart of Altrincham
