Established in 1989, Parker Car Service has evolved into the market leader in providing private hire services to over half a million customers within and outside of London.

**We are currently looking for someone to join our night control team with availability to work weekends.**

**The Position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and dynamic individual to join our award-winning team in Isleworth, West London. We work with more than 400 drivers. This role will usually be between 36 and 48 hours a week and your main duties will include:

- Despatching work and dealing with driver queries
- Any ad-hoc duties that have been passed to you by a manager.
- Assisting other members of the Customer Service team.
- Assisting the fleet department with any duties required.

**Experience**

You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a Private Hire or Taxi Company.

**The following skills are required for this role**:

- Experience controlling in a minicab company
- Good hearing and a clear telephone voice with a confident and polite telephone manner
- The ability to work accurately under pressure
- A good standard of spoken and written English
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner
- Flexibility
- Awareness of confidentiality issues
- Good time-keeping and reliability
- Team Player
- Problem Solving
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience using platform-based computerised systems.

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
