**Chauffeur Controller**:
Prestige Cars and couriers is a very busy company based in Battersea, London. We specialize in same day/overnight/international couriers and Global passenger transfers.

The role:
We are looking for a Full-Time/Part time experienced chauffeur controller to come and join our team. Someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile to provide that PRESTIGE service every time. This is a long-term role with lots of room for progression within the company.

**This position is for an immediate start**

Days of work:
Office: Mon/Tue

(1500/0100)

Remote: Sat / Sun

10/12-hour Shifts (0600//1500)

Additional Overtime/Holiday cover

**Salary**: (Depending on Experience)

**Duties**:

- Operational control of 30-60 vehicles
- Controlling/Dispatching Chauffeur drivers
- Highly Organized and ability to multitask.
- Making sure all passenger cars jobs are allocated and are collected at relevant times avoiding any delays.
- Always Being proactive by looking ahead and using all resources available to cover every job in a timely manner.
- Keeping an eye on all current drivers with deadlines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Informing clients of any delays on collection or deliveries.
- Ensuring All drivers are getting a fare distribution of work/Earnings.
- Answering All Driver calls and dealing with issues and queries.

Qualities we are looking for:

- Must have 2-3years controlling experience.
- Excellent knowledge of London postcodes
- Must live with a commutable distance from SW11.
- Fluent In English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Trustworthy and Reliable
- Polite and courteous
- Take pride in your work.
- Must be Proactive and self-starter.
- Able to stay calm under pressure.
- Good understanding on MS word/excel.
- Good understanding of computers and dispatch systems
