We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) between the ages of 5 and 16 years old.

Working alongside a class teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all children and young people in the class enjoy their school experience and achieve their best possible progress. The safety and well-being of our students are paramount, and all staff members are expected to prioritize their protection.

**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant**:

- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Assist teaching staff in planning and preparing lessons and resources within the school curriculum.
- Prepare and make resources for teaching and therapy staff.
- Support students both within the class and during unstructured situations.
- Reinforce targets throughout the school day.
- Maintain detailed case notes of all children seen and produce up-to-date pupils' profile and behaviour plans.
- Report incidents and safeguarding concerns following school procedures.
- Act as a resource and support for other staff members working with the children.
- Participate in supervision and support as required.
- Maintain continuous professional development.
