**Unqualified Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant**

It's estimated that 15%-20% of children and young people in the UK are neurodivergent. Neurodiversity comes in all different forms, and it is important that children are supported in whichever works best for them, in order to thrive within education

This vibrant, fun-filled, caring and supportive school where the development, happiness and well-being of our pupils are at the heart of everything they do, are looking for compassionate individuals to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational & Emotional Needs or those requiring additional guidance. This role will begin in ASAP as a full-time role across EYFS, KS1, KS2.

You will be working alongside a compassionate team, who are dedicated to getting it right for each pupil

**Unqualified Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant Job Description**
- Teaching Assistant providing SEN Support
- Starting ASAP
- £105 - £115 per day
- Full-time, full academic year, term-time only.
- Based in Waltham Forest

**About the Unqualified Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant**
- Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
- Use your initiative to provide support to various children
- Strong inclusion team to support you

**Ideal Unqualified Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant**
- A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for **all** pupils to flourish within
- Previous experience working with children
- Creative, confident and caring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs
