**About the role**:
Due to high demand, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team and work across multiple sites across the Oswestry and Wrexham areas. The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and car insurance for business pruposes, all other information will be collected upon interview.

**Shift Pattern**:
This will be a flexible role, which varies between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 05:00 - 21:00. This can include evenings and/or mornings. Working hours may vary between 2 to 20 hours per week. 30p per mile to be expensed mileage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working across multiple sites across Oswestry and Wrexham areas.
- Cleaning communal areas
- Properly handle and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
- Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
- Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.
- Collaborate with cleaning and staff for a clean environment.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
